When you’re grocery shopping, breakfast options may seem endless. How do you make the healthiest choice?

Watch this video to see how to break down breakfast one aisle at a time.  We’ll go aisle by aisle, and we’ll talk about options for cereal, bread and nut-butters.

Remember breakfast doesn’t have to be difficult. Choose items that are healthy and simple and you can’t go wrong. I also recommend plain Greek yogurt or a dairy- free almond or coconut yogurt for a quick protein-packed breakfast topped with fresh fruit or nuts. If you have an extra few minutes, another great option is a veggie omelet with a 3-to-1 ratio of egg whites to yolk, which provides protein, vitamin A, choline and B vitamins.
